Erich George | Career Coach and Professional Development Consultant
Background
Before founding Career Coordinates in 2024, I spent over 20 years in human resources leadership and operations management across Wisconsin's public and private sectors. My career included serving as Deputy Director of Human Resources at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Bureau Director overseeing Wisconsin's civil service system at the Department of Administration, and Recruiting Manager at Kwik Trip — one of the Midwest's largest private employers, where I led a recruiting department of 21 professionals.

Those roles gave me direct experience interviewing and evaluating thousands of candidates, building workforce development programs, and coaching employees and leaders through complex transitions. That institutional perspective comes into every coaching engagement.

How I Work
Career development is not one size fits all. My coaching is grounded in validated assessment tools — emotional intelligence, behavioral style, strengths, and values — but the conversation is always tailored to you.

I work with a wide range of clients: professionals navigating mid-career pivots, individuals managing ADHD or neurodivergent traits in the workplace, new and emerging leaders building self-awareness, experienced leaders deepening their effectiveness, and job seekers who want more than resume polish. What they share is a desire to understand themselves more clearly and move forward more intentionally.

Sessions are available virtually via Microsoft Teams or in-person at my Madison office. I work with clients throughout Wisconsin and nationally via remote coaching.
