When you begin a one-on-one coaching engagement with Career Coordinates, you get more than a coach. You get a dedicated workspace - a structured, easy-to-navigate dashboard designed to keep you organized, on track, and getting the most out of every session.

I want to walk you through what that looks like. You can watch the full video walkthrough above, or read through the overview below.

Who This Is For

Career Coordinates works with a wide range of clients: new graduates entering the workforce, mid-career professionals considering a change, people navigating unexpected transitions, and those who simply want to grow and advance in their current roles. Whatever brought you here, the dashboard is built to support you through the process.

Your Coaching Dashboard

Once you move forward with a coaching engagement, you will receive access to your personal dashboard within one to two business days. In my experience, I usually get these turned around much faster than that. As soon as you have access, you can start scheduling sessions at whatever time works best for you.

The dashboard is built in Notion. Not everyone uses every part of it, and that is completely fine. The goal is to make everything easy to find and easy to act on, not to add more to your plate.

To-Do List

The first thing you will see when you log in is your to-do list. This shows your active tasks, with due dates tied loosely to your upcoming sessions. The reason those dates are there is simple: they give me enough time to review what you have completed so I can come to each session as prepared as possible and make the best use of your time.

When you complete a task, you can check it off and it will disappear from your active view. Anything marked as high priority is something we will need to stay on track and get the most out of your scheduled sessions.

Coaching Goals

The goal tracking board is where we document what you are hoping to get out of coaching. I typically spend a few minutes in the first session building this out together, just to make sure we are aligned on the plan. A lot of the time the direction is already clear from the free consultation, but I like to get it documented so you always feel like you are getting what you came for.

Session Tracking

The session tracker gives you a visual of where you are in the engagement, what is coming up, what the next session is focused on, and what has been completed. I manage this on my end. It is there for your reference.

The session topics you see planned out are flexible. If something comes up between sessions (an interview invitation, a job offer, a difficult workplace situation) we can always pivot and address what is most pressing. The plan serves you, not the other way around.

Discussion and Updates

This section is a place to ask questions or share updates between sessions. I am always reachable by email, but if you want to keep a record of what you have shared with me, or just want to let me know how an interview went, you can enter it here, click submit, and I will receive a notification. It keeps things organized and keeps the momentum going between sessions.

Guided Reflections

The guided reflections area is a journaling space. When you click into it, you will find prompts we are working through together. These are optional. I add them for every client because I believe that reflection is part of the work. Taking stock of where you have been, giving yourself credit for what you have accomplished, and looking at your situation from different angles are all part of moving forward intentionally.

That said, life gets busy. If you do not have time, I understand. But as with most things in a coaching engagement, you get out of it what you put in.

Miro Board

Embedded inside your dashboard is a Miro board, and this is where a lot of the actual coaching work happens. Every session has a pre-built agenda and a notes and follow-up area. I also add session activities and resources directly into the board.

You can view the Miro board from inside your dashboard, and if you want to edit it or add your own notes, one click will open it in your browser.

File Sharing

The file sharing section links to a OneDrive folder where you can upload your resume, cover letters, job descriptions, or anything else you want me to review. I will also share resources with you here, including how-to guides, worksheets, and other materials relevant to where we are in the engagement.

Session Scheduling

You can schedule all of your sessions directly from inside your dashboard. Choose virtual or in-person, select a time, and it will sync with my calendar. If you see availability, it is genuinely available, including some evening and Saturday morning slots.

Getting Started

If you are curious about what coaching could look like for you, the best first step is a free consultation. There is no obligation, just a conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and whether working together makes sense.

You can book a free consultation at careercoordinates.coach.
